The event management section showcases events Nenay has spearheaded in his career. The events exemplify Nenay's competency to source sites, handle contracts, work with vendors, and manage registration processes. Nenay has managed events ranging from the executive level to recreational, to trade shows that require travel.

Student appreciation day at Central Washington University. This event included an outdoor concert with various contracted artists and had 1,200 attendees

This quarterly event is held on CWU's main campus as a resource fair to all students. This event partners with 250+ stakeholders with Nenay leading point on the Event Management

Nenay Emcee'd the University Address during the 2022 Wildcat Preview Days- public speaking to large audiences as he was one of the lead event managers
LIFE IN COLOR Paint Party
This event was lead by Nenay who sourced the site of the event and contracted one DJ and one paint company.
CWU Trade Show
As CWU has 8 campuses, this event formed an expert panel from different campus departments. This consortium was intended to present upcoming updates from CWU's main campus. Nenay managed the travel arrangements of the executives, sourced the site, and contracted vendors to source the AV equipment
Yakima River Float
This float event highlighted key summer staff members and intended as an event to wrap up summer 2021. Nenay contracted vendors to supply the aquatic gear and managed the registration, and budget for the attendees
Open Mic Night
Weekly campus open mic nights. Nenay manages staff to facilitate the open mic night as well as contracts vendors to supply AV equipment
CWU Welcome Week BBQ
Central Washington University annual catered welcome bbq held during Welcome Week. Event traditionally hosts 5,000+ guests. Nenay contracted the catered vendors and partnered with the company on menu selection to involve options to include dietary restrictions
CWU New Student Orientations
College fair on CWU's Main Campus. Nenay ran point on registering 250+ partners to formulate this outdoor fair and contracted vendors to supply the outdoor equipment

Show Flow - Wildcat Preview Day
Nenay created a standardized Show Flow template that he uses during events that have a MainStage component. During the CWU University Welcome during Welcome Week, Nenay uses Show Flows to communicate to all production staff, speakers, performers, and executives involved in every MainStage. Nenay was responsible for conceptualizing the main stage welcome during Wildcat Preview Day. The event included a presentation of four executives and had 5,000 guests

As COVID posed many pivots, Nenay conceptualized this space so that the Orientation Main Stage had a layout that complied with federal public health guidelines during the Coronavirus pandemic
