About Nenay
Nenay received his Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Project Management from Central Washington University (CWU). He specialized in Global Public Relations and Crisis Communications. He has worked as an Assistant Account Executive at Central Communications Agency and was the Secretary of the CWU Chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA).

As the Orientation Coordinator at CWU, Nenay oversaw the publishing of mass print and online edition publications intended for incoming students. He produced CWU's Wildcat Guide and EMBARK: Your New Student Portal which drove student retention and success up by 40% in 2021. He was also responsible for strategically planning the orientations, special events, and conventions on campus; producing 100+ events for 10,000+ guests to date.

Nenay has a wide variety of experience ranging in event management, public relations, project management, marketing, to general comms. His previous work included a stunt as Creative Director for the High School Musical Project, has been recognized by FOX, Freeform, NBC Universal, and Amazon Prime. He has worked in the Hospitality, Entertainment, and Higher Education industries.
Nenay values authenticity and is passionate about leadership; where he guest facilitated a regional leadership conference in the Pacific Northwest called “The Experience Leadership Project” for three years. During his undergrad, Nenay was given the honor of being the Commencement Speaker at the 2018 CWU Graduation Ceremony.

Of Laotian heritage, Nenay is located in the Winter Garden, FL area and holds the world record as one of the first American students to study abroad in Vientiane, Laos. There he attended the Lao National School of Performing Arts and obtained a Certification in Interdisciplinary Studies in Laotian Performing Arts. Nenay plays nine different instruments and devotes his leisure time developing recipes for his cookbook "Nenay's Man Catching Recipes" specializing in Asian street food cuisine.
